50/50 Raffle Tickets will be $5 each.

Fundraiser Planning in Full Swing!
This is Beth, Tara's sister, writing in today with an update on how we're coming along with the fundraising. Tara and I have been working hard at organizing another "Spring Shopping Social & Plant Sale" to be held on April 23rd, 2011 at the Brunswick Community Center. We've secured many vendors (our space is almost completely filled!) and have been soliciting donations for another fabulous raffle. This year, we're putting together "packages" of gift certificates for local business to raffle off. An example of a package that we've already put together includes our "Taste of Brunswick" package ($50 gift to Horn's Tavern & $50 Tamarac Wine & Liquors + More!). Join Me For Some Training & Sign Up For A Free Intro Class At Albany CrossFit!!!
Here is an opportunity to get some cross training in and learn about CrossFit! I have been CrossFitting for about only 4 months and can't believe the gains in my athletic abilities in this short time. I am officially a believer that no matter what sport(s) you are involved with, cross training using CrossFits concepts can boost performance. I have collaborated with the owner of Albany CrossFit to block off a few special times for the TNT folks and anyone else interested in learning more... Yes, that means you!
Come to Albany CrossFit on Saturday March 5th at 1pm and learn the basics about CrossFitting and how it can benefit your athletic ventures. This free intro class will consist of a brief informational discussion, followed by an awesome CrossFit workout, so get ready to sweat! Even if you are not interested in joining a CrossFit box/gym, come and learn how some basic movements and exercises you already do, can be incorporated into your training to make it much more efficient. If you can't make it on March 5th, there may be another intro class on March 15th for a 6 or 7pm class if enough people are interested.
